The data will be deleted after expiry of the warranty periods and statutory retention periods or upon revocation.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) GDPR, because this data is required so that we can fulfill our contractual obligations.

§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data and the purpose of processing

(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. Name, address, email addresses, user behavior. The purpose of the processing is to offer services in the field of management consultancies of all kinds.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or using a contact form on our website or by telephone, we will save the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number, if applicable) to answer your questions to answer. § 3 collection of personal data

(1) With email contact

If you contact us (e.g. using the contact form or email), we will save and process your details to process the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

If the data processing takes place in order to carry out pre-contractual measures that take place at your request (e.g. for inquiries, job offers, contact inquiries, etc.), the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) GDPR.

We only process further personal data if you consent to this (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 a) GDPR) or we have a legitimate interest in processing your data (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f) GDPR) . A legitimate interest is e.g. E.g. when you contact or reply to us by email.

(2) When visiting our website

When using the website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, only the data that your browser transmits to our server is collected.
